Construction Cost Index of Baubau Municipality 2023

The Construction Cost Index of Baubau Municipality, issued by the BPS-Statistics Baubau Municipality, presents Construction Cost Index figures in tabular form, comparing the construction cost levels of Baubau Municipality with Makassar Municipality as the reference point. The data were obtained from the Construction Cost Survey, focusing on building materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction labor wages, collected quarterly in July 2022, October 2022, January 2023, and April 2023. Respondents included wholesalers, retailers, contractors, and the Public Works Department. The weighting diagram for IKK calculation utilized data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The 2023 IKK serves as one of the main components for calculating the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for the 2023 fiscal year.
